I would like to thanks Miller Jones for his service and their support. We had a nice service and both of the employees were very attentive. Specifically Vicki, she provided so much help and always very attentive.

Not given any information or choice or urn, funeral brochures nothing. Everything was done by phone or text Told I didn’t need an urn, because they had one, then when told I could pick him up she said to bring in the urn to transfer?? Had to rush to get an urn because service was in a week. I have been communicating with Daisy for over a month. Our communication has been by phone but mostly text. When I expressed frustration through text, she informed me it was her personal phone and to call the office. I called the office and she responded by text! I was never told to schedule an appointment to come in to look at urns, flyers etc. planning a funeral is not something one does very often, and don’t know the questions to ask or what things can and should be planned. Please check into a mortuary to ensure you get the services you deserve.
This place was so insensitive and disrespectful. The more money you have, the better they treat you. My brother passed away. My sister in law wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. She was just going to cremate him,but my mother and family wanted to see him for the last time. They offered for $295 we could view him for 20 minutes. Only 10 people would be allowed in. They told us if more family wanted to see him we could take turns. Day of the appointment, we showed up to office. We were early and asked if we can wait. She opened the door and said yes. I gathered the family and entered. The lady disappeared. We walked to the office and opened the door. She told us he wasn't there. He was at their "care facility " on Palomar Rd. She gave us the address. We scrambled to call and message family to go to that address. The facility didn't have any signs showing that this place belongs to Miller Jones. It looked like apartments with garages in the back and the area where my brother was looked like a storage building. We knocked at the door. The lady popped her head out. I told her we were early. She said to go wait in your car. It was hot and humid and a bad storm was coming and looking at my 87 year old mother. I told her we weren't going to wait in the car. It was too hot. We will stay under the doorway shade, don't you have a lobby to wait? She says let me see what I can do and closes the door and lockes it. She comes back and lets us sit in a small narrow entry area. She asked is this all the family. I say no, because nobody gave us this address. Everyone thought it was going to be in the main facility. People were lost and showing up over there. As people were coming she kept asking is this it? Finally when the last two important family members came. She escorted us around to the other side of the wall. My brother was pushed up against the wall on what looked like a hospital gurney with ruffled skirt and a blanket over him. One lamp. As we are making our way to see his face. The lady loudly says" I will need the mother to sign that she recognizes her son". We move my mother closer to see my brother. She breaks down and is crying and talking to my brother. After a few minutes the lady makes her way through and tells my mom. "I need the mother to sign " my mother was shaking and couldn't understand what she wanted. We had to repeat it to her. She could barely sign her name because she was shaking. With 15 minutes in that room. It started to get really humid and warm. We could see my brother was defrosting. Moisture was on his body. They turned off the AC. When the 20 minutes were up. She comes back out and loudly ask " does anyone have any questions. We got the hint. My sister in law showed up late because she thought he was going to be at the facility that she made arrangements in. They let her stay longer. We asked if we could too. She said no,only the wife. The lady was so rude and heartless. At least pretend to have sympathy and respect. She could have waited until the 20 minutes were over to bother my mom. She could have said. " I'm sorry, the time has come. Does anyone have and questions?" " I'm sorry for your loss" " I'm sorry, family will need to step out" something would have been better than how we were treated. Your still a paying customer. We offered to help my sister in law, but she said she had it. So upset with this disgusting place. Money talks.
They were horrible and treated us like trash. So many mistakes from a-z nothing went right they broke laws literally HAD MY FATHER CREATED AND FORGOT TO TELL US ! THEY BURNED HIS BODY W/O PRAYERS AND WE ARE NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN, I CANT EXPLAIN HOW BADLY THIS HAS AFFECTED ME , THEY FORCED ME TO ORDER THINGS I DIDNT NEED AS THOSE ITEMS ARE STILL THERE 3 YRS LATER , I DON'T WANT THEM , THEY FORCED ME TO GET THEM. THE INEXPERIENCED GIRL WAS LET HANDLE THIS BUT NEVER APPOLIGIZED FOR DOING ANY OF THIS, AS FAR AS IM AWARE IT'S ILLEGAL BUT YALL KNOW PERRIS WE HAVE NO RIGHTS , NO JUSTICE . ITS LIFE HERE . GO TO SUNCITY NOT THIS LOCATION IF YOU USE THEM.
