I just wanted to take a moment to thank Emmanuel and his whole team from Funerales Santana in Perris, CA for their outstanding job in delivering their services. This is the first time I have lost someone close to me, we lost our father last month ON October 19 and Emmanuel made the process so easy for us. He was great at communicating with my family and I in both English and Spanish. We decided to send my father's remains to Mexico and his team took care of everything until my father arrived to Mexico. Funerales Santana also did a great job in making my dad look so peaceful and handsome. We got so many compliments of family and friends on how great my dad looked. He arrived to Mexico 3 weeks after his death and still looked great. My family and I are forever grateful and will highly recommend you to anybody that may need your services in the future. Both were very compassionate, patient and kind. They treated my Mother in law and my sister's in law with great respect. Being bilingual allowed for us to be able to communicate, and express exactly how we wished for things to happen. He helped us to transport my father to Mexico as he had desired as well. Overall, allowed us to have one less thing to stress about, especially when a death happens unexpectedly.
