From start to finish, my family and I couldn't have asked for a better staff to help our family through a sad and difficult time.
My mom was alone in FL. My sisters and I live 1,200 miles away and didnt make it in time to say goodbye to our father. Oscar, Elizabeth and staff were right there to assist our mother during her time in need. They were absolutely wonderful!
Losing the love of her life after 62 years together, she was heartbroken. She said the Neptune staff treated her like it was their own family member. They were so caring, compassionate and very thoughtful! They listened to everything we had to say and they reassured our mother that they were going to walk her through everything, which they did! Although it was a sad and difficult time for us, the Neptune team made the experience as pleasant as possible.
I highly recommend Neptune Society! My family and I were so thankful for them and appreciated everything that they did for our mom!

★★★★★Neptune Society responded quickly after God called our loved one home. He was and is my mothers everything. He was an Awesome father, grandfather and friend to many. They fulfilled the request to have a blanket with a Guardian Ange to cover him when they transferred him to the crematory. They left 2 roses and a sweet note on the pillow of his hospice bed. Oscar had the death certificates ready quickly so we could notify social security the banks and credit cards. We would highly recommend Neptune Society for their exceptional service. Thank you.

Wonderful group of people, Nikki assisted in my mom's prearranged service. Kind and compassionate are the words I would use to describe the staff. The follow up was amazing and appreciated. I highly recommend the services the Neptune society provided. I was glad my Mom had everything in place. Thank you to the staff for assisting us in following my mother's wishes
★★★★★My husband and I have prepaid our cremation services with The Neptune Society. We found our representative Darren Culbertson (who has been with the company over 30 years), extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable as well as sincere in providing us with the product to best meet our needs. As with all life expenses, the cost of burial and cremation does increase, so it's best to lock in the lower cost in advance. There are payment plans convenient and affordable for all. It it very practical to purchase and plan your own service in advance so your loved ones don't have this burden while they are grief stricken.

The entire team at the Neptune Society has made our experience a positive one. We had made arrangements with them years ago and when I recently lost my husband they were there for me from the start. They are a caring, efficient, empathetic professional team who helped me through a difficult time. They continue to reach out to check up on me. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me and I highly recommend their services.
