Their entire staff helped my mother-in-law and Ray's children through the entire experience with kindness, prompt replies, and following through with every detail before we even realized what was needed. Brooke led the visitation/funeral/burial for our family, and she was wonderful! She was professional and gracious, even calling the day after the burial to check on my mother-in-law. From picking the cemetery plot (Mimi), to planning the viewing & funeral portion (Amee), to making the slideshow for Dad, to touching base about small details to make sure everything was what we wanted, to stepping in and facilitating everything on the day of (Brooke), it could not have been more seamless and honoring to my Dad. It's never something you want to do, but it was as positive of an experience as it could've been for us as the family. Thank you to all at Sylvan Abbey!

I can’t speak highly enough of Jon Phillips, Vivian & Mimi & the entire staff of Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home in Clearwater. At this very difficult time in my life, with so many decisions to make, they were always available to answer all my questions & guide me through every step. Their attention to details was amazing, adding so many personal & meanful objects representing my husband’s life to the commemorative table. An important part of the day was
the comforting words of Pastor Rogers and his beautiful service that meant so much to our family. I must add, the catering service they provided was excellent.
It was certainly a beautiful Celebration of my husbands Life.
