During such a difficult time, their team, specifically Mckenzie Mikler, was truly kind, sincere, and incredibly accommodating. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, which brought our family great comfort. We are so grateful for their compassion and support throughout the cremation process.
After my father passed away, Andy Thornbery went above and beyond to give my family a dignified and smoothly-ran celebration of life + cremation. Every detail was accounted for, customer service was top notch and personally tailored towards every wish I had, and I feel very at peace having all aspects of my father’s care so diligently managed. The day I came into Newcomer to make the arraignment for my stepfather, I was having a panic attack … I could not breath and Chelsea right away demonstrated her concern towards me by asking; What can I do for you? What can I get you? Also she reassured me that she was going to answer all our questions and take as much time we needed .. At that moment is when I realized the special care NewComer has to make sure they can make this difficult time as smooth as possible. She explain everything very detailed, with a lot of patience as the many questions we had. After explaining all the details when me and my 85 yr old mother left we felt super confident of choosing Newcomer for all the funeral service. Here comes the day of the viewing and what a pleasant experience, we did our service on a Sunday and they had 3 wonderful workers during our service. They took care of us like family ! I would recommend Newcomer to any friend… They will make this difficult time as pleasant as possible ♥️♥️ Thankful for all your wonderful services !
Our experience with Micki at Newcomer was excellent. She helped make a difficult time a little less stressful for us. Everything was planned out the way we wanted and all went smoothly.
