Just went to visit my grandparents, and there vase was covered with grass and deep in the ground. We asked Omar one of the employees at the cemetery was so helpful and kind he dug up the vase so we could place flowers. With no hesitation he came to help us. He was so kind and caring. We need more People like Omar in this world. The best employee! Thank you so much Omar.
My mom and my dad, when they were still alive, went to Pacific Crest Cemetery to secured their future together in the afterlife. My mother passed away first and was placed the mausoleum. My father passed about seven months ago. Considering he was all the way up north at that time, close to my sister. It was quite an adventure getting his ashes and urn all the way back down to Pacific Crest. With the help of the Manager Kavina, and a few members of the staff, this very difficult journey for my father to be placed with my mother in their mausoleum, has finally happened. Pacific Crest is wonderful, trustworthy, caring and loving atmosphere. Kavina pays close attention to details. Making sure that everything happened at the right time so all of this would come together. Myself and my family are so thankful for these wonderful people that care so much about our loved ones, respecting their wishes at the utmost. We had such a great experience at Pacific Crest. Marco accommodated us and all our needs were met. He was very kind and compassionate and treated us like family. Even after visiting after a month he saw us in the cemetery, cane over and greeted us. Thanks you so much for being so caring to us in our time of grief. We will never forget our experience. We buried my dear uncle two weeks ago. Our family service counselor Camille walked use through the process with warmth and kindness. It was a military burial and was beautiful. My mother and I returned to the cemetery two days after the burial. We have a few other family members buried there. One of the groundsmen Omar helped me get some of my family members vases pulled up (since we hadn’t placed flowers there in a while). He was so kind and respectful. I didn’t realize until he mentioned it, that he was one of the groundsmen that lowered my uncle’s casket. Another groundsman Marco—was also very kind the day of the service—allowing and helping my mother to get as close as safely possible while the casket was lowered. He also came by to say hello when we visited two days later. Thank you Camille, Omar, and Marco. You are the perfect type of people to help grieving families.
Both my grandparents and my parents are buried here. I’ve been coming here with my parents since I was a baby. On my recent visit to take flowers to my Mom and Grandmother, the flower pots were overgrown with grass. Fortunately I saw one of the groundskeeper. He was so nice and helpful. He drove over and uncovered all 8 flower pots for each and also cleaned off the headstones. Thank you so much, groundskeeper Omar for your help.
