Just when you think you are going thru the worst thing ever to lose a loved one, but to have their memory tarnished on the obituary is insensitive and unforgiving. The obituary provided the wrong deceased name. Why can't the dead be showed a little more respect, and owed a little more time to prepare for the funeral. This was unacceptable and disheartening.
This funeral homes is one of the best they really care about the family that they serve and with a heart felt time of need they truly there to the fullest .
Great customer service. Precise detail is given to your love one from the minute they are in possession until they are lowered into the grave.
Poor attention to details. Failed to ensure officiant available for service. Instead, had hearse driver do/"wing" the service. Misspelled the name of deceased on materials. When asked for reprinted materials, demanded additional payment.
Services provided by Percious Memories Staff was like none other. The care, and patience given exemplify the professionalism, and the strong values the owner, Mr. Comers and his staff have instilled in truly taking care of grief stricken families.
