I had a wonderful experience with Rest Haven Rowlett. Jonathan Chance, the funeral director, was wonderful to work with, and made the process of my sister's memorial service stress-free and simple, but everything was very professional. They handled the cremation and memorial service, while also providing assistance with the obituary, videos, the services, the food and flowers. They are like a one stop shop! Everyone was so cordial and helpful. Would definitely use their services again.

Jonathan, Marinell, and Kathleen are very professionals, accommodating, and sympathetic. The place is very clean. They have different rooms for chatting relatives, playing kids, kitchenette. Much better than other nearer places we visited. Outside parking is huge and clean too. Thanks for all your help during my father-in-law's wake.
