Cheyenne is such a compassionate sweet soul to work with. You can tell she genuinely sympathizes for what people are going through and she tries to make the process as easy as possible. She's very thorough in what they do and what happens and what to expect and how long the process takes. The place itself is nice. It had the best price and they find a way to work with you on payment.

My Mom preplanned her cremation. What a gift that was. They took care of EVERYTHING with one quick phone call. All went smoothly and they were in contact each step of the way. It was so comforting knowing Mom was being taken care of the way she wanted. I would have been very stressed trying to make all those arrangements afterwards. I was very impressed with National Cremation Society. My father pre-arranged his cremation. I called them after my father passed and they immediately started their process. Cheyenne and her team were compassionate, patient, and professional. I received my father's ashes and death certificates in a very timely fashion and was offered support to move through a very sad transition. I absolutely recommend National Cremation Society.
Amazing and caring people and a peaceful atmosphere. Phone calls and personal meetings handled in a very caring way. Could not have asked for more in my time of sorrow and grief. They even called me later to ask how I was doing. I recommend them highly for end of life needs.
