★★★★★Wonderful! Everyone was so helpful from the first initial phone call to the funeral service. Steve Yancey and the whole staff couldn't have been more kind. Everything was explained thoroughly and all our questions were answered. Katie Dunkel went through all the options with us and was very accommodating. We had a private family viewing and they fixed up my dad perfectly. I was happy to have that be my last viewing of him because it gave me some peace seeing my dad so peaceful. Steve Yancey was there during the viewing to help us with anything we needed. He was also at the funeral service and helped guide things along. We had a military funeral at the Houston National Cemetery and it was done respectfully and wonderfully. I highly recommend Waltrip Funeral Directors.

My 1 year old daughter recently passed away suddenly & unexpectedly. Leaving myself & my entire family in so much grief & pain. From the moment I spoke with Ms. Elizabeth Gallegos on the phone, it just felt right. Upon visiting in person, Elizabeth made the entire process of arranging our baby girls services SEAMLESS. It put me at so much peace while navigating this difficult & confusing time . She & the entire Waltrip team are a God send. I’m so grateful for all who helped my babygirl.
