★★★★★My family and I had a positive experience with Neptune Society. My mother passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on a beautiful day in March 2025 at the age of 93. She would had turned 94 last Wednesday 21st of January. Neptune Society sent a message on her would be birthday. It was a very nice gesture.
When she passed away, Neptune Society was there within just a couple of hours to transfer her body to thier facilities. They were very professional and respectful. They were very transparent with what was happening with her and although it took longer for the doctor to sign the death certificate, they did everything possible to get my mother's cremation done quickly to ensure her funeral services not be delayed. We had family fly in from South America and the window for her services was tight. Initially they said it would take up to 2 weeks but they got her remains back to in less time which made planning her services less stressful. Her wishes for some of ashes was to be dispersed in her native home of Bolivia and some be placed with my father in his final resting place. Neptune Society allowed us to fulfill her final wishes.
My mom purchased her cremation package over 20 years ago and picked out her urn. Neptune Society was wonderful. I will likely be purchasing my own cremation from them in he near future. Two of my siblings already have bought thier packages from Neptune Society.
I highly recommend the services from Neptune Society if your wishes are to be cremated.

This was my second experience with Neptune Society. The first time was with the cremation of my father 16 years ago and the second was with the recent passing and cremation of my dear mother. Both times me and my family had the most amazing experience with the most professional and compassionate people, specially Cassie, who handled everything with outstanding care and kindness and made it all better and easier in our most difficult moments.
