It’s been 6 months since my father passed and regretfully I have to edit my review
Almost six months to the day a “grief counselor” called my mom and asked her if she would like the same funeral my father had and she would be happy to assist her.
This is the most rude, insensitive and unprofessional cold call I ever heard of.
Yes, they called me to apologize and acknowledged it was mistake on their part.
I understand that mistakes are made but this was a colossal blunder on their part.
Do better.
★★★★★Thanks to Robin and her staff it was 10 times better than I had hoped for. From the planning to the actual celebration of life it was perfect and breathtaking. Highly recommend to anyone that has to deal with this process.

I cannot express how grateful I am that during an emotional and turbulent time that Robin, Carla and the team at Wiley Baxley funeral home took care of everything. From the arrangements, to communicating via email, to the funeral and internment. Everything was smooth and I basically didn't have to worry about anything once the arrangements were made. This helped ease the pain of my loss during this terrible time. Thank you again for thinking of everything and being so professional and wonderful.
