I would give 100 stars to Veterans Funeral Services! My Dad's passing was unexpected and we were in no way prepared for it. After many phone calls we made an appointment with Carley Gonzalez. What drew us to them was their experience with military burials. Carley was extremely knowledgeable with the process and protocol for military services. She wasn't there to up sell us on things that we didn't need. She made an already overwhelming process a little easier on us. Everyone in her office was gracious and helpful and Renita's assistance on the day of the funeral was invalueable. I would definitely recommend Veterans Funeral Services.

Wow! What an amazing funeral home & services.
We had our mother at a funeral home in Dallas before transferring her to her original hometown of Houston TX.
When mother arrived at Veterans Funeral Home, THEY saw that her makeup wasn't natural and her nails needed care as well, Ms.Renita and Ms.Carley jumped right into action taking care of our mother, just as a daughter or son would do for their loved one.
The thoughtfulness and kindness to do something like this and then hold your hand and help the immediate family prepare for the services at such an emotional time as losing a loved one.
The staff and our liaison worked urgently with us to get the bio, the pictures, the names of family to include in this beautiful pamphlet you see in this photo, absolutely beautiful finished,also found a minister for us and the service was amazing.
They allowed us to come day before to set up for service and so heart felt, we got to have a private moment with our departed mother that day, since we haven't been with her since Dallas, a week prior.

our Mother and high standards by your staff there.
We will always remember this in out hearts.
