★★★★★I cannot thank Boyd Funeral Home enough for the beautiful send off of my mawmaw. The staff was so patient and provided excellent care, kindness, and professionalism. What I appreciated most was how they truly listened to all of our family’s concerns and listened to everyone’s input.
I worked closely with Trenisha, and her customer service was more than exceptional. Because this was a send off for one of my favorite girls, I wanted everything to be as perfect as she was. I’ll admit I was very picky about colors, wording... just about everything I could control! Since I didn't have the ability to do it all myself, I had no choice but to trust Trenisha, and she did an amazing job🫶🏽. We were able to work together to give my Mawmaw a beautiful send off with her obituary.
Each person I spoke to cared as if they were sending off their own family member. Ms. Pat was so informative, and for the things she didn't know, she referred me to Mrs. Boyd. This loss hit very close to home and we didn't really know what to expect, but Mrs. Boyd didn't leave out any steps. My grandmother looked so peaceful—like she was simply sleeping. It meant the world to us to see her treated with such dignity and grace.

Ms. Trenisha showed our family so much love and care, I feel as though we were family. My MIL looked extremely beautiful. The staff, presentation and service from the wake, the funeral and the burial were all perfect. I've buried a few family members with different funeral homes and never received the level of service Boyd provided to my family. And let me add that I have used Memorials By Cortland for headstones in the past and I will certainly be using him again as his work is too notch as well. I am truly grateful.

She wasn't just knowledgeable about the tough process we were facing with Harris County Forensic Science, she was a pillar of support, guiding us through each step from retrieving the body to preparing it for a journey to Kansas.
Mrs. Boyd personally took care of dressing our loved one, making sure she was treated with dignity and care. It was clear from the start that Boyd Family understood not just the logistics of funeral services but the human heartache that accompanies them. They were the first to ask about our loved one as a person, not just offer a service package.
